I’ve flipped over 200 homes in Indianapolis over the last 8 years. I’ve been a licensed contractor on many projects, an investor on many projects, and boots on the ground for many project. About Me
Stolco (it’s a mash-up of ‘Stol’ meaning table in Polish and ‘Co’ for Colorado) started in Colorado as a custom, handmade furniture business. Originally from Indiana, we moved back to the mother-land to get closer to family and to invest in real estate.
The name stuck, and the company grew into a real estate investing machine. While we maintain our own portfolio of short-term and long-term real estate investments, I have expanded our out-of-state investor consulting business.
I’m still a licensed, insured and bonded contractor. I handle everything from drafting scopes to checking work. I’m your local eyes and ears for your project.
