About Us
Stolco (it’s a mash-up of ‘Stol’ meaning table in Polish and ‘Co’ for Colorado) started in Colorado as a custom, handmade furniture business. Originally from Indiana, we moved back to the mother-land to get closer to family and to invest in real estate.
The name stuck, and the company grew into a real estate investing machine. While we maintain our own portfolio of short-term and long-term real estate, we have expanded our out-of-state investor general contracting business.
We’re licensed, insured and bonded. We handle everything from inspection repair lists to full to-the-studs remodels on century-old homes.
